Advanced Equipment Support (AES)
Advanced Equipment Support (AES) builds on CTechP Intermediate courses (Diagnostics, Repair, and Water Treatment) and is designed for technicians advancing beyond routine service work. While intermediate diagnostics and repair focus on standardized troubleshooting and common equipment faults, AES develops the ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, apply system-level analysis, and manage equipment across its full lifecycle. The course emphasizes preventive maintenance planning, refurbishment and decommissioning, and effective technical support for service operations and clients, preparing learners for senior technical and leadership roles within coffee equipment service organizations.

Advanced Equipment Support builds on CTechP Intermediate knowledge to prepare learners for advanced technical and service support roles. The course focuses on diagnosing complex equipment issues, applying preventive maintenance strategies, and managing refurbishment and decommissioning of commercial and super-automatic coffee equipment.
At the end of the course, learners will be able to:
