With an impressive career as the Director of International Sales for a well-known coffee manufacturer in China, Manson has led sales across Russia, India, the Middle East, North America, and Asia, showcasing his extensive global sales experience. His credentials include being a certified trainer and examiner for the International Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) in various disciplines, including Coffee Technician Profession, Barista, Brewing, Green Coffee, Sensory, Roasting, and Sustainability. Manson is also a Coffee Grader and Lecturer with the Coffee Quality Institute.Manson has a rich background in competition experience and numerous achievements in the coffee industry. He has served as a Roast Master at a professional coffee roasting facility in Canada. His dedication to the coffee industry is reflected in his comprehensive understanding of both the technical and sensory aspects of coffee.Deeply committed to sustainability and caring for our planet and people, Manson is currently focusing on teaching and a special project on setting up a freeze-dried coffee facility.
